Getting motivated is really getting harder to so as the days pass me by lately.
Not sure if it is because of the credit crunch or i am getting older ! Most likely from the credit crunch.
WHO said money wasn't important !!!!????
I am starting to see the importance of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$............and yes, you know what, to a certain extend money does bring you happiness !!! without money how can you shop for food and survive ? without money how can you sustain a standard of living ?? without money there is no living !!! WITHOUT MONEY IT IS DEPRESSING !
So Money is the root of all problems !
I had my hope in for the $10 million winning lotto prize last Thursday night.......but as you can see i was not the lucky recipient of the prize. I even went to the extend of dreaming what would i do if i had won the prize money !!???
I feel so materialistic in this posting, but with our business, slowing down so rapidly in the last few months it is hard on me.
I will have to consider laying off staffs soon. To enable for me to survive in the harsh reality world i have to put someone esle into finanical turmoil soon.
That is the facts of life isn't it !?
I do pray that this world financial problem will lay off soon ! It is really impacting on small business and the everyday people like us.
I have also seen some business assoicated with my business having cash flow problems, but to a greater degree then me.
So I am really looking forward to the cash simulus that government are giving out. but i will tell you, once it reaches my account it will be diverted into someone's esle account straight away.
=( it won't be visiting my account for a long stay. my account is only a stop over for the the $$ trip.
Just yesterday, a house down the street from my factory, i saw crowds of people standing outside the house. I thought it was becoz there was an auction about to get started, when i was told all those people there are looking at renting the house !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally shock ! There was easily 50 or more people there ! My goodness me ! Yet in the papers lately they say it is cheaper to buy then to rent. Yes, i agree with the down in interest rates and the government incentives. But firstly, the bank are less likely to lend us the money as freely as before now, they don't have the cashflow themselves. But i feel people aren't looking at this long termly.
What happens when economy gets better and interest rates raises again ? the monthly repayment will be greatly different.
I myself have thought about buying lately too. but it is too unpredictable for me right now.
so that plan is out the window !
Oh well, everyone has to keep striving on and live......
so learn to live with what you got is my current motto.
